ATS is an electrical device that automatically switches a power load between two sources. Typically, it’s used in settings where a backup power source, such as a generator or battery, is available.
If the primary power source (like the grid) fails, the ATS will automatically switch to the secondary power source to ensure continuous operation. Once the primary source is restored, the ATS switches back to it, often without any interruption to the system.
FEATURES
Sensing mechanism Detects voltage and frequency issues in the primary power source.
Switching mechanism Transfers the load from the primary to secondary power source and back.
Control system Automatically manages the switch and ensures seamless transitions.
